Batflipping on a walk is a little crazy here. So, what happened was Pham flipped because he didn't like that Tyler kept arguing with the ump trying to get the strike calls for his pitcher, which I think a catcher is supposed to basically do. A catcher is supposed to try to get those strike calls for his pitcher. On the other hand, I also understand Pham's side, you don't want the catcher influencing the ump and the ump extending his zone and you're not getting those calls anymore. I kind of get both sides here. I don't know why benches cleared. That seems a little crazy to me that both benches clear, you know, it is what it is.
