Here's another one that grinds my gear. And this one just like a bulk. I think the rule is fine. I think it just needs more clarity around the rule. You know, you get these situations where it's close. You don't really know if it's an obstruction or not an obstruction. And here's the ruling. Obstruction describes an act by a fielder who is not in possession of the ball or in the process of fielding it that impedes the baserunner's progress. The question is, when are you fielding? Does it have to be 10 feet away from you? Does the ball have to be 20 feet away from you? Does the ball just have to be coming in your general direction for you to be fielding it? And you know, we just need a little more clarity, I think, around these rules.
